Gabriela Baptista marks International Women's Day with the launch of the scarf “Being a woman is”. A tribute to the many women who contribute and accompany the designer in the development of the brand. 
 
 To celebrate this special day, I asked all these wonderful women who work with me and grow me to write messages initiated by “Being a Woman is”. We know that a small gesture makes a difference in our daily lives. Whether it's a compliment, a smile or a kindness. These great Women accompany me at different times and their work has a fundamental contribution. 
 As such, in the form of thanks, they are present in this new piece that I created to honor March 8, Women's Day. 
 Every word, every sentence represents the inner strength and feminine union resulting in a scarf full of love and hope. 
 The scarf “Ser Mulher é” symbolizes the determination and the spirit of mutual help of all women against the scourge of domestic violence. 
 With a full heart, I thank Fábrica Puzzle Perfil Lda, which from the beginning supported me in this initiative and made it possible to print the scarves.
 
 The profits from this cause revert to the Portuguese Association for Victim Support (APAV), with the purpose of supporting women who fight daily for their independence and happiness.
