We have done everything possible to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the store's products.
We cannot guarantee that any color display on your computer monitor will be accurate.
Not making a product available on the online store does not mean that a product is out of stock and may be available through another brand distribution channel.

The price in the product description does not include shipping costs. Prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, plus shipping costs. Any other costs resulting from shipping orders abroad, including customs clearance, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product.

There are delivery charges that will be displayed during the ordering process. In mainland Portugal, orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days. In the European Union, the delivery time may vary from 3 to 7 business days. Deliveries to the rest of Europe and other countries vary by destination, shipping time and customs processing; however, it is estimated that delivery will take 5 to 10 business days.
Deliveries made outside European Union countries - the import or sales tax applicable in your country will be paid by the customer to the carrier upon delivery.
the brand Gabriela Baptista ships orders from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not ship.
the brand Gabriela Baptista is not responsible for a delay in shipping the order caused by weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond the brand Gabriela Baptista's control.
You may cancel your order if cancellation is requested prior to shipment, which occurs within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation of payment. In this situation, the customer will be refunded through the payment method used to confirm the order. Otherwise, you will need to wait for your order to be received and follow the steps outlined in our return and exchange policy.

Exchange and return policy
The product must be returned in new condition and without signs of use within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all its components present.

The the brand Gabriela Baptista team will contact you to authorize the exchange / return and will provide you with the necessary information.
Please note that in mainland Portugal, only the first return / exchange is free. In all other countries, shipping costs to the brand Gabriela Baptista will be borne by the customer. The customer may choose their preferred return method. We recommend insurance / tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged orders.
Upon receipt of the returned order and verified its excellent condition, the brand Gabriela Baptista assumes responsibility for the exchange of the item or refund through the payment method used by the customer. Please note that postage is not refundable. Customs duties and international sales taxes are also not refundable.
Where a product is found to be defective, the brand Gabriela Baptista will assume the full return / exchange cost, regardless of the country of delivery of the order.
the brand Gabriela Baptista is not responsible for the shipping and return costs, if applicable, of orders returned for multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address, or refusal.
The return / exchange of products that do not meet the required conditions will not be accepted. These will be automatically resent to the sender's address.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duties) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the customer's own expense.
