The product must be returned in new condition and without signs of use within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all the components contained therein.

Please note that in mainland Portugal only the first return / exchange is free of charge.

 

REMAINING COUNTRIES

In other countries, the shipping costs of the product for the Gabriela Baptista brand will be borne by the customer. The customer will be able to choose their preferred method of return. We recommend insurance/tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

After receiving the returned order and verifying its excellent condition, the Gabriela Baptista brand assumes responsibility for exchanging the item or refunding it through the payment method used by the customer. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customs duties and international sales tax are also non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where a product is considered defective, the Gabriela Baptista brand will assume all the cost of return / exchange.

JEWELERY PIECES PURCHASED IN PRE-SALE

Returns of jewelery items purchased in pre-sale are not accepted.
